| We were founded in 1958, subordinate to Dep.of Land Administration, Hualien county Government, manages land administrative affairs of five districts, including.
There are Five sections and two offices in our office,which provide the following services respectively: |

Section of Land Registry: Land and construction registration.

Section of cadastral Survey: Land and construction survey,cadastral map keeping and result map of building survey keeping. |
3. |
Section of Land Value: Land price adjustment,land value Issuance,and the government purchase of land at declared,current list of announcement of government-estimated land values. |
4. |
Section of General Affairs: Land expropriation,public land appropriation and similar items.Official document receiving and sending and official seal. |
5. |
Section of M.I.S: Database Management,the work of electronic cadastral information processing. The maintenance work of related computer hardware and software. |
